Prelicensure B.S.N. Program Requirements

Nursing students must complete the following requirements. These requirements are to be done after admission and some are to be done annually while in the nursing program. Please do not submit these documents with your nursing application. It is your responsibility to complete all requirements and upload these documents into your individual compliance account, known as CastleBranch, by the applicable deadline.

R.N.-B.S.N. Program Requirements

Students admitted into the R.N.-to-B.S.N. program will receive access to the Pilot course Information Exchange. Please read the information on the exchange to meet all course requirements for the final Capstone Project in NUR 4890.

If you are doing your capstone project for NUR 4890 in your current place of employment, please complete the Employment Medical Compliance (PDF) waiver form.

If you are doing your capstone project for NUR 4890 outside of your current place of employment, please complete the following requirements: 

Graduate Program Requirements

Graduate students are required to meet compliance when preparing for the first graduate clinical experience. If you are performing clinical hours in your current place of employment, the Employment Medical Compliance (PDF) must be completed and submitted into the program compliance account known as CastleBranch. You will receive information, closer to the time you will be performing your hours. 

If you are performing your clinical hours in a site that is not your place of employment, you must meet clinical requirements as listed below:
