Hours and Location

Fall and Spring Terms

• Monday: Noon–4 p.m.
• Tuesday: 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
• Wednesday: None
• Thursday: 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m.–Noon

Summer Term

• Monday: Noon–4 p.m.
• Tuesday: 9 a.m.–Noon
• Wednesday: 9 a.m.–Noon
• Thursday: Noon–3 p.m.

Costs

Wright State students, faculty, staff, alumni, and affiliates ONLY

• Ohio BCI background check: $27
• FBI background check: $30
• BFBI (combination Ohio BCI and FBI) background check: $55

Required Information

Background check customers must provide the following:

• A photo ID, i.e. valid driver’s license, passport, or a state ID card
• The address of the agency to which the official results will be mailed
• Valid BCI and FBI reasons for background check
• Proof of payment

Payment

1. Visit our fingerprinting store page and read the directions
2. Click “Add to Cart”
3. Complete form with the required information (first and last name, email address, phone, Campus Username)
4. Select your WebCheck option:
   • Ohio BCI&I background check: $27
   • FBI background check: $30
   • BFBI (combination Ohio BCI&I and FBI) background check: $55
   • If you are unsure which WebCheck option you need, CHECK with the office or entity requiring the background check be completed.
5. Click “Continue” and review your cart for accuracy
6. Click “Checkout”
7. Complete Contact Information
8. Complete Payment Method Information. You must use Discover, MasterCard, or Visa and click “Continue”
9. Confirm Payment
10. PRINT and SAVE YOUR RECEIPT as proof of payment

Dissemination of Information

Results for record checks will be forwarded to:


• Via U.S. Postal Service mail to the agency and address designated by the customer
• Via direct electronic option (if applicable)
