Focus on the people side of organizations by earning a degree in organizational leadership (B.S.), leadership development (M.S.), instructional design and learning technologies (M.Ed.), educational leadership - teacher leader: curriculum and instruction (M.Ed.), student affairs in higher education (M. Ed.),  or organizational studies (Ed.D.). Prepare for the complex social, cultural, and professional issues you will encounter as a manager in the workplace. This program will sharpen your effectiveness in interpersonal communication, problem solving, team building, critical thinking, decision making, coaching, training, and conflict management.
