Focus on the people side of organizations by earning a degree in Organizational Leadership (B.S.), Leadership Development (M.S.), Instructional Design and Learning Technologies (M.Ed.), Educational Leadership - Teacher Leader: Curriculum and Instruction (M.Ed.), Student Affairs in Higher Education (M. Ed.),  or Organizational Studies (Ed.D.). Prepare for the complex social, cultural, and professional issues you will encounter as a manager in the workplace. This program will sharpen your effectiveness in interpersonal communication, problem solving, team building, critical thinking, decision making, coaching, training, and conflict management.
