Description: The third Annual Social Justice Fair (formerly Language Arts Fair) highlights the accomplishments of secondary students, WSU students, and their teachers. Students may informally share their work, such as creative or informational writing, reading, inquiry, technology, multigenre, or other social-justice-related projects. If students are unable to attend, teachers are welcome to share the students' work on their behalf. Participants will also hear from guest speaker Ms. Lyn Ford, award-winning storyteller and author of Beyond the Briar Patch: Affrilachian Folktales, Food, and Folklore; and Supporting Diversity and Inclusion with Story.
Special thanks to the Carol H. Cline English Program Fund and the Division of Inclusive Excellence at Wright State University for sponsoring Lyn Ford's visit.
